Re-Issue Information
Problem -
TAIL DOOR LATCH FAILURE
The customer may not be able to open the tail door or complain of a seized / stiff door latch.
Cause
Dust can enter the door latch causing the mechanism to seize.
Action
Where a customer complaint of the above is confirmed, replace the tail door latch with the new improved latch, part number FQR000010.
Refer to Workshop Manual, Doors, repair number 76.37.16 for repair procedure.
